About the Programs and Retreats:
A Retreat/Program for Women, led by Gail Meyer, LCSW
Gail Meyer, LCSW guides retreats, leads an ongoing spiritual group called Journey of the Spirit, and does individual Spiritual Direction. She received her Spiritual Direction training in the Christian contemplative tradition at the Shalem Institute for Spiritual Formation.
Gail enjoys celebrating the delightful story of women’s spirit in all its forms, colors and possibilities, using sculpture, poetry and photography and music. In her presentations she shares her wonderful collection of miniature one-of-a-kind sculptured figures, which represent many of the delightful and beautiful aspects of women’s spirit flowing from the Divine light within. With a sense of gratitude and awe, she invites us to celebrate with her the fullness of what it is to be a woman. Her goal is to offer women an opportunity to witness and celebrate their own preciousness through seeing the joy and sweetness, and the unique vitality of these little figures.
Those who have attended this program have responded warmly to the little Spirit filled folks and have found delightful places in themselves that reminded them that they are beautiful Spirit filled women.
" The retreat was inspirational, a day of reflection and soul-nurturing. It was affirming, and reminded me of my connection to God. It was an uplifting and enjoyable retreat."
"Refilling of my spirit – showed all the parts of me I don’t always let out. Made me realize some of the aspects of my life are so important after taking them for granted. I need to keep these thoughts in the forefront of my brain."
"It’s okay for me to be me once in a while. I come back to my family more relaxed and less stressed."
"The retreat was a wonderful day. Thank you for sharing the little figures with me. I am grateful to partake in the gift that Kathi Kuti Harding (the artist) has given. It brought me joy and tears, longing and wistfulness."

Women’s Weekend Retreat:
This material can be presented in its full form as a weekend retreat, Friday evening through Sunday noon, allowing time for the participants to go deeper, journal, take a walk, and ponder the meaning of being a woman, celebrating spirit, and beholding the Divine Light within.
Two Hour Program for a Women’s luncheon:
A shortened version of the material creates a lighthearted look at womanhood, still keeping the deeper underpinnings of the material but not allowing time for the in- depth reflection.
